Terms of Service
The short version: BrawlPilot is an unofficial Brawl Stars draft advisor. It suggests picks, it is sometimes wrong, and it has a daily limit. It is free to use, and the paid plans it used to sell have been retired. Do not try to game the limit and we will get along fine.

Who you are agreeing with
BrawlPilot is operated by The operator of BrawlPilot, established in Spain. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. Questions go to brawl.pilot.drafter@gmail.com.
What BrawlPilot is
BrawlPilot is a draft advisor for Brawl Stars Ranked. It reads the map and the current state of a draft, combines a per-map tierlist built from tracked pro-team matches with a reference of brawler roles and counters, and returns a suggested pick.
It is a suggestion, not a guarantee. The tierlists are statistics from past matches, the recommendation is generated by an AI model, and both can be wrong or out of date. You are responsible for what you actually pick. Nothing here is a promise that you will win a match, climb a rank, or anything else.
Not affiliated with Supercell
This material is unofficial and is not endorsed by Supercell. For more information see Supercell’s Fan Content Policy: www.supercell.com/fan-content-policy.
Brawl Stars, its characters, maps, artwork and all related assets are the property of Supercell. BrawlPilot is fan content produced under that policy. Supercell is not responsible for this site and does not support or endorse it.
Accounts
You need an account to request picks, because the daily allowance has to belong to someone. You must be at least 14 years old, or older where your country requires it, to create one.
Give a real address you control, keep access to it, and do not share your account. One person, one account. Creating extra accounts to get extra picks is a breach of these terms.
Energy Drinks
Picks are metered with Energy Drinks. Every account gets a set number each day, and one drink pays for one pick. The allowance resets daily. The current allowance is on the Plans page.
We may also offer a way to earn a small refill when your balance is empty, such as watching a short video advertisement, up to a fixed number of times per day. Where it is offered it is only offered on an empty balance. It is not guaranteed to be available.
Energy Drinks are not currency. They cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged, they have no monetary value, and they expire when the day resets. A paid plan bought a larger allowance each day for as long as the plan ran; it never bought a stock of drinks that you own, and unused drinks are never carried over, cashed out or refunded. We may change the daily allowance, and we will not owe you anything for drinks you did not use. Paid plans have been retired, and section 6 sets out what that means if you are part-way through one.
If a pick fails to generate because of an error on our side, the drink is returned.
Paid plans (retired)
BrawlPilot no longer sells subscriptions. The Pro and Max plans were withdrawn on 10 September 2026 and cannot be bought. Every account is on the free plan and gets the free daily allowance set out on the Plans page. No new charge will be made to anyone.
If you are part-way through a paid period. Nothing you already paid for is being taken away. Your plan keeps its allowance until the end of the period you have paid for, it will not renew, and the account then returns to the free plan. You do not need to do anything, and you will not be charged again.
Your right to cancel within 14 days. If you are a consumer in the EU and it is less than 14 days since your most recent payment, that right is unaffected: write to brawl.pilot.drafter@gmail.com from the address on the account and we will refund that payment in full, without you giving a reason. This applies to the payment you have just made, not to earlier periods you have already used.
Payments were taken by Stripe on Stripe’s own checkout pages. We never saw or held your card details. If you want to check or cancel a subscription yourself, the Subscription section of your account settings opens Stripe’s customer portal. If for any reason it does not, email brawl.pilot.drafter@gmail.com and we will deal with it.
The rest of the site is unchanged and remains free to use. The drafter, the tierlists and the data behind them were always identical on every plan; the only thing a paid plan ever changed was how many Energy Drinks you got each day.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- automate, script or scrape the drafter, or request picks by any means other than using the site normally;
- create multiple accounts, or use any other method to obtain more Energy Drinks than the allowance intends;
- interfere with the advertising, including generating artificial views or clicks, whether manually or with software;
- attempt to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure;
- republish the tierlist data wholesale as your own product, or use the site in any way that breaches Supercell’s Fan Content Policy.
Breaking these rules can cost you your account without notice, and if you were on a paid plan, without a refund for the rest of the period.
Advertising
The free plan is funded by advertising. Ads are labelled and are kept out of the drafter itself. Do not click ads to support the site: the ad networks treat that as fraud and it puts the whole service at risk. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland you will be asked for consent before advertising cookies are set. See the Privacy Policy.
Availability
BrawlPilot is provided as it is, with no promise that it will be available, accurate, or that the tierlists will be current. Data collection depends on external services that can fail, and the map rotation changes. We can change or withdraw any part of the service at any time.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory Spanish and EU consumer law.
Closing your account
You can stop using BrawlPilot at any time. If you are on a paid plan, cancel it first from your account settings, because deleting an account does not on its own stop a recurring charge. To have your account and data deleted, write to brawl.pilot.drafter@gmail.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or close the service entirely with reasonable notice.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use the site afterwards means the new version applies.
